This ladies safety by the Paris firm Clément et Cie. clearly shows the new age: it's almost a modern bicycle.
Yet, it is heavy built, it ran on cushion tires. Look at the handlebars and heavy chain, this really is an early European ladies bicycle.
Serial number on the head is 37742, which indicates it was built in 93-94. The brake lever is not original, the brake shoe is.
